Most real estate books put me to sleep. This one kept me awake and taking

It’s a good read!5
I have Dave’s earlier book on market cycles, and thought this might be the
same. It’s not. Lindahl does mention market cycles in this book, but the
real focus is on how to reposition properties and make money quickly. I had heard of rehabbing, but never repositioning. It’s a good read.

WOW! Another Great Book!5
Clear writing. Step-by-step instructions to follow. The best part is the
author has done these special “repositioning” deals himself and is not just
another guru who makes his money only from teaching. I can actually believe
and follow this guy.
